    Just been for hospital appointment quick check up and more than happy with where I am with the knee. 120 degree bend :)

    Well managed around 1.5 mile walk today suffered a bit this afternoon with tightness around top of the knee. Have given it a good rest and has eased abit

    What I’m doing is staying up on a night getting the odd hour sleep then going to bed on a morning just so I’m not keeping wife awake shes on holiday this week but I want her to have a break and not running around after me ever 5 mins

    Thanks, yea on top with meds, just managed 3 hrs sleep, feel a lot better.

    Yea lots of pain now and swelling think I maybe had a hour sleep lol

    Knee a bit tight with the swelling, but got good range on it I can walk with out stick, but wife goes mad.

    Carnt sleep for the great nurse at the side of me aka my wife she’s snoring her head off lol she brill woke me up to take my pill and running around after me

    Thanks, very little pain I’m sleeping in bed without problem, slept from 10pm till now 2am only awake because I had to take a pill at 2am now dont feel tired lol, im on sticks but can put My full weight on it and can bend the knee fully right back doc were very happy and I could probably walk...

    Had surgery about 9.30 this morning was home for 19.30 with bag full of pills didnt think they was going to let me out because I couldn’t hold drinks down for very long im on with ice on the knee still no pain see what it’s like tomorrow lol
