I am a 35 year old from Hollywood, California and recently moved to the Portland Area. I am a plan services specialist for a retirement company. I have Advanced RA and my left knee is going to be replaced on January 19, 2016. I currently live alone and am very nervous about the equipment it will take to get me back in walking order. Any tips on diet or exercise to improve my chances of healing well, please do not hesitate to offer them up!
