    Hello all. Trying to navigate this site in my confused state (). Any advice is greatly appreciated as I am learning. Biggest complaints nt is the aching and sleepless nights. Taking pain medication along with ibuprophen and Tylenol, walking and icing to reduce swelling ( with minimal success)...
