I found this site a week ago and have been lurking all this time. The information and support have made me feel a lot less stressed. So, guess I'll come forward and introduce myself. Hi, I'm Jo. The avatar is a picture of my minie Weenie "Ollie." Who is my fur buddy and companion. I am 65, married to the love of my life, and have 5 grown children, 9 grandchildren and 6 great's. I'm a Pedi Nurse for over 30 years and planning on retirement in June. I tried to hold off my LTKR until then but the pain has just gotten too bad. So, I'm scheduled for 7:30am Feb. 4th, 2014. I've just got to stay healthy so my surgery will not be re-scheduled. Working with kiddos is a petri-dish of GERMS. :o)
