    2020 July Sparklers - Are you having knee surgery in July?

    Finally LTKR rescheduled for July 14th. Ohhh boy, been a long few years, with two repairs prior. I pray I heal quickly and get back in the saddle ASAP post surgery!

    Thanks for your input, everyone. I'm trying to do as much research as possible, it's so so helpful to here from others my age that have gone through the same thing. I just can't wrap my head around the possibility of only have 2-5 years before another major surgery with a long recovery.

    45 year old, active horse farm manager who puts on about 25K steps a day, carries a dozen 50 lb bags of grain, hauls hay, manure and bedding around a farm on her feet 12+ hours a day...
