    Thank you for everyone’s support. I spoke with the doctor and I need to do ex rays and an MRI. She believes it’s actually my lower back that is causing all the problems. Potentially a pinched nerve somewhere.

    Thank you for your response. I am wondering if I have damaged something. I was doing some light workouts, stretching and walking. Then my hip started popping and since then the pain is occurring after I walk or cycle several days in a row. I am curious what the doctor will say.
