    All going great at 5 weeks post op! Walking 4 unassisted miles a day and up and down stairs without a thought.. taking Tylenol at night but that’s it. still not 100% comfortable sleeping but that will come soon. this site has been so very helpful! Thanks to everyone and their valuable advice!

    Doing great! No pain meds since Saturday, just feeling a little tight. virtual PT says I’m doing well. Taking it easy and letting things heal. thanks for asking!!

    Spent one night in the hospital (4/21) and went home the next day. Have virtually no pain, just stiffness. Total opposite situation from my previous experience (RTHR) May 2019. different surgeon, both at HSS in NYC. This time, I had robotic assisted computer surgery. Seems to have made a WORLD...

    I’m scheduled for LTHR on April 21, posterior with robotic assistance at HSS. my right was replaced on May 6, 2019, anterior. looking forward to no pain and a fun summer!
