I am a woman of 50 who operated 2 new hip replacements uncemented last june and My tight hip 7 months ago.. All went so well no pain at all after OP but my blod samples showen a hightened infection value. They now found a infection caused by the first operation (a germ which we all have on our skin) IT has eaten away a bit of my bone. I am going to have a 2 step revision operation on the 18 of Nov. Does anyone have any good stories about the spacer? I am a bit nervous..
