I'm an active retired guy, age 76, and it's time to get these knees working again. I like to hike and hunt, go on walks with my wife and socialize. Can't be sittin' inside on any nice day. Further, I like to be in the woods; I enjoy nature and travel. Plus, I like to eat. My wife and I eat a plant-based diet, avoiding, well, just about everything but fruits and vegetables and a few sweet things.
