    Been doing some research. This almost sounds like anterior tibial shin splint. Thinking of doing the stretching and some exercises for it. Idk. Sounds like it though. Any thoughts?

    Omg. This is unbearable pain. Just tried to walk with cane to kitchen and now in bed because of pain. Idk what to do anymore.

    Yes. Have been icing. Will stop PT and try and rest. Not sure if I should keep,doing exercises at home or shin splint exercises or total rest.

    Thanks for the response Jacey. My PT also thought it might be my back but have no history of back pain. Regardless, I have been applying a heating pad to my back anyway and icing the shin for the last two days.
