    Hi Jacey, my surgery was on 2nd March and it was on my right knee. I ice every 2 or three hours and am continuing with my pain meds.

    Morning everyone, Into my second week post surgery and here's me thinking this will be a piece of cake.. Yeah yeah of course it won't. Sobbed my heart out this morning because things got too much for me. Trouble is I think I'm expecting too much of myself before I should. Had my staples taken...
