I live with my partner in country Western Australia, 350 kilometres South of Perth... "in the bush" :cool: We live on 10 Hectares, which is about 40 acres
We have five adult kids and five grandchildren. My Osteo Arthritis issues affect a lot of my joints, particularly my hips - still working on getting a solution to that one... which is why I've joined BoneSmart! My hands are also really bad any suggestions
My sister (Craftdee) had a THR in October 2014 - also for OA... though our parents don't have it, go figure! I'm taking her advice and reading a lot of the content on BoneSmart to get some insight
