Repeat offender.
I am an ex-fairly serious runner. I struggled with that, mentally for awhile. Then I bought a bicycle. When riding the hybrid was not enough, I bought a road bike. Now the road bike is on-the-shelf as I have been diagnosed with Foraminal Stenosis in my C-spine...sigh.
We have two kids, three grandkids and four cats. We live happily in the country and commute to work five days a week.
