DOUBLE TKR

I had bi-lateral TKR June 4. I start PT tomorrow 2/week. Discharge from hospital day 4. I’m scooting around the house with the walker with little pain, but also don’t have much flexion at 75% and extension -10. I think I’m worried about PT. BoneSmart’s view about pain in PT really speaks to me and I plan on discussing this with the therapist. I’ve already read lots of articles, but I can’t link to articles if I’m using the app — Safari can’t open them! I feel a bit overwhelmed with this entire experience but I know I’m in it for the long haul.
