Thanks, I'll have a look! It's very depressing and a real drag not having the activity levels I had pre operatively; I think half the problem is I'm not prepared to slow down in my day to day life activities. I have never liked sitting down or taking it easy so this is one of the main challenges...
Thanks Josephine; I'm going back to see my GP next week and will ask for a second opinion. I'm still limited to 90 ROM (on a good day!) and had really hoped I could get back on my bicycle before now.
