2012 - L knee arthroscopic surgery: medial and lateral meniscus tears, partial ACL tear debridement, anterior patella debridement.
January 2013 - L Knee diagnosed moderately severe OA with areas of bone spurring present; anterior patella calcification changes noted on xray.
