Been dealing with pain in right hip for about 3 yrs. First to primary dr. Then to physical therapy. Then to a joint specialist that literally walked in the room, didn't even look at me at all and said 'take glucosamine' and walked out.
Finally told my liver dr and he could see how much pain I was in and referred me to another dr.
This new dr is wonderful, he listened! Told me I was born with hip dysplasia and looks like I may need a hip replacement. I asked if cortisone injections would help and he said they might and I tried two. They didn't last very long so here I am getting my hip replaced at 49 yrs old.
