    Thank you all for your encouragement. I cancelled the next couple of PT appointments and have my own care plan for the next couple of weeks. I am hopeful and determined to heal. Best to all.

    That sounds like excellent advice, Benne68. It just so happens that I have a week at the beach coming up and I will use that vacation to rest my knee and give it a chance to heal. Thank you.
