My right knee has to be totally replaced. It'll be done soon. I look forward to walking without pain. Exercising without pain. Riding my horse without pain.
Living in central New York doesn't help when you have severe arthritis. Our winters are cold, lots of snow, and rough on the knees. So this adventure I'm heading into will be a positive step forward.
