    Hello fabulous forum! Was wondering how long everyone needed a walker after their TKR. I am 2 weeks post sugery tomorrow and I am nowhere near ready to walk without the walker. I know its still early, but its so frustrating. Feeling a bit sorry for myself.......

    Does anyone have any experience/advice on calf cramps, spasms / charley horses following a TKR? My TKR was on Monday. My first PT was on Friday and i started having tightness and pain in my calf. We stopped PT and my Dr. had me go for an ultrasound to check for blood clots....all is good...

    Hi Jaycey Thanks for responding to me. I'm taking my meds and am on the couch elevating and icing pretty much all day/nichg I guess I just need time..... This was pretty traumatic!!!
