How will my donation be used?
Your gift supports BoneSmart’s mission of joint replacement awareness, education, and patient support. It helps sustain the website, educational resources, and online patient community.
Can I make a monthly donation?
Yes. Choose “Monthly” in the donation form. Your selected amount will be charged each month until you cancel. To change or cancel your gift, contact BoneSmart using the email address on your receipt.
Will I receive a receipt?
For card donations, a payment receipt is sent to the email address you provide. Please check your spam folder if it does not arrive. For ACH gifts, contact BoneSmart with your transfer date and amount to request an acknowledgment.
Is my payment information secure?
Card payments are completed on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are never collected or stored by this website. ACH transfers are initiated through your own bank.
