Questions For OS

I am new to this web site and still feeling my way around. Earlier, when I was looking at different threads, I found one that had a list of question to ask when you see the OS. I thought they were good and comprehensive, but now I can’t find them. I have an appointment this coming Wednesday, April 11th with the OS. Does anyone have any suggestions, or could point me to the thread?
