Well I’ve rested my shoulder for a week and I’m still in pain.
I have an appointment with my surgeon on Thursday morning so we will see what is up. If I had to guess, I think I may have a stress fracture. Not sure what the treatment for this is. I also have an ankylosing spondylitis and it’s started to flair so add in knee and rib pain into the mix.
