If it's simple stats you're after, you could do worse than look at the UK Joint Registry 2012 report. You need to go straight to page 118 "Outcomes after primary hip replacement 2003 to 2011" and after that to page 129 which will, I think, give you what you are looking for.

Page 132 also bears looking at
