I'm sorry you have this decision to make as a young man but in all honesty, it boils down to how you are living now...quality of life, essentially.
If they were only able to give me a solid ten years or 20 years guarantee on my parts, I would still want my next 10 or 20 years to be active and healthy.
With the advances that are likely to be in 20 years, who knows what revision surgery will look like.
Good luck with your decisions...not easy, I know.
