This is what he reports today: The knee is a little warmer than the other one but not painful, however I did take Mobicox the last two nights. It does make a hell of a racket when I flex it in the silence of the apartment. There is a lot of crunching and snapping going on and when I place my hand on it I can feel all of the tendons on the outside moving and making a lot of racket, much like it was in the beginning. When I do the same thing with the good knee it is cool, and silent to the ear and the hand, functioning normally. After just repeatedly testing the function of the right knee there is a little constant pain on the outside, near where the tendons move over the joint. It could just be the way I am currently sitting that is causing it. There is always a little pain or discomfort with it that you just learn to ignore and thus forget about until you start thinking about it, especially after trying to evaluate its current condition.
Our two second opinions were totally independent - in fact, in a different country, but may have been slanted by inexperience in re-do's.
