    There's no reason why he couldn't suture or staple your wound closed. You're not allergic to sutures or staples.

    I'm not talking about the Coban crepe bandage, which is self-adhesive. Just a plain, sterile gauze dressing, secured with an old-fashioned crepe bandage, would do the trick.
    Or he could just spray your sutured wound with a clear, protective dressing and leave it uncovered.

    Because of your sensitivities, he just may have to adjust his procedure and preferences.

    Using a wound suction would be inappropriate in your case, because of the adhesive dressing that is necessary to make an airtight seal.
