Can you find some time to rest, ice and elevate your knee, to help it settle down?

Unfortunately, for some people with osteoarthritis, having an arthroscopy can sometimes make it necessary to have a knee replacement a little sooner.

I had the same and then a knee replacement a year later. Honestly, after the first month, the knee replacement pain was easier to deal with than the arthroscopic surgery. Ice and elevate - and good luck.
