In October 2016 I had anterior right hip replacement, complication of femur cracking and leaving me with nerve damage where my leg feels like it is wrapped in a bandage.
Other than that I did wonderful. In March 2017 I had revision of posterior left hip replacement again doing wonderful.
Fast forward to June 2017, I began to regress. What is wrong with me, I kept asking myself. You are going backwards instead of forwards. Time for my annual check-up somehow, maybe the comfort brownies, and the goodies people brought me accidentally made me gain 28lbs. So far I have in the past 2 weeks gotten 7lbs off.
I do not want to mess up what the surgeon and I have worked so hard to get me back into life going awry. I know this is not a weight loss forum but be careful putting on pounds you are not use to can affect your progress. Hugs to All
