Water therapy is really great and if any get a chance to do it then you need to try. You need a really good therapist though.

I do have a small pain on the out side of my operated knee. It is like I have pulled something, but I am thinking it may be a muscle we worked on yesterday. When I walk I feel it like a tight muscle. It is just above the bend of the knee. Between where the knee bends and the side of the knee cap.

I have had a pain around my knee prior in this place and on the left side (inter) of knee. Just thought that was soft tissue.

Just wondering if anyone else is having small pains in and around the knee. It is not a bad pain but it is there.
Comes and goes.

"Comes and goes" is the good part. That means it likely is soft tissue swelling. Man, I had LOTS of little pains all over the place as I was healing.

I agree when I started water therapy I had lil pains come up. I guess because its so free we use more muscles then normal. You go girl....Keep it up !!!!!!.Ms Mark Spitts...LOL.
