I was with my walker in the kitchen today. I stopped to get a glass and without thinking turned and walked over to the fridge. My walker was 6-8 feet away. My wife's mouth dropped open and I grabbed the counter top. I got back to the walker on my on.
Well that just fired me up!!! She drove me to the gym and I about killed myself on the bike. Yesterday I thought I would pass out at the five minute mark. Today, I went to 10 and made myself quit. I was able to bend my leg farther than I have in years.
Now, I'm paying for it. Ice and pills. Probably a terrible nights sleep coming up. But you know what???
I'm going to get 15 mins. out of the sucker!!!
You'll have a good one.!!

Con gratulations---push yourself, but don't overdo it. Work on the ROM! But I speak from experience---push the envelope a little at a time...otherwise you are sure to pay..I did.

My best to you,

Tim C.
