10 years ago I had two hip resurfacing ops. I have been very careful with them and they are great. Immediately after my Op I changed all my shoes for one size bigger and put 2 sorbothane full strike insoles in each shoe For added shock absorption.
I am aware of the massive health benefits of rebounders and have recently purchased a Bellicon one. I am not quite sure how bouncing will affect my hips, and am not sure how long to do it for. Have checked on line nothing useful found.
Any ideas or info on this.
Thanks

@Donnyj Welcome to BoneSmart! I used a mini trampoline during my physio sessions post both THRs. There really is no impact as you are not bouncing on a hard surface. I would just start slow and build up. As you probably know, your hips will quickly tell you if you have gone too far.

I hope our members chime in with their input on this.
