Yo gang,
I'd like to give you an update on my surgery from Monday. Surgery was uneventful, but Monday night and Tuesday were very uncomfortable as I couldn't get relief from pain that started in recovery with a 10+. Tues. evening brought some relief and I slept well last night. I now have a ZimmerNexGenCR and hope to have it for a long...long time. Tomorrow the left knee gets its hardware and hopefully I will be good to go.

Glad you're back and doing OK. Wow, quick turn around on the other one though? Are you still in the hospital?

Yes I am still in the hospital. My OS did not want to do both knees at the same time because I would be under to long. So she spaced them couple to days apart. By the way my ROM was 82 today, shooting for 90.

Wow--my OS insists on at least three months between knees

Surgeries can be either within 5 days OR 6 weeks for a whole variety of reasons.
