Thanks for the tip! The support would need to be the pillow that elevates your leg. Not sure any of those would sufficiently elevate. Let's see what Jo says.
 
Every OS has different requirements, mine didn't want anything like that. I believe most use that for knee replacement. I used a rolled up towel taped to place under my heel while reclining to keep my hamstrings stretched out. Also used it under my knee while doing PT lying down and lifting my foot flexing at the knee.
 
There a cushions shown in that advert that merely bend the knee - very bad for TKRs! Though one is okay - similar to this

@Mojo333 Has anyone in north America been able to find a elevation cushion like the one in @Josephine post of May 11, 2018. Sorry, I haven't found how to quote how to post yet!
