Hi Folks
I posted this at the end of another thread but then thought alot of you who could use it might not see it there.
My PT prescribed these due to my hip pain and I found online a site that had the descriptions and pictures which would be easier to use that trying to scan in what I have.
I also am including an educational piece so you can see if this matches your problem. It seems to be a common one with hip and knee replacement.

This is another one called the fire hydrant. Inside of just kneeling as it shows he has me do it over a large exercise ball as that takes some of the stress off the knees. You can also do a search and find some videos.
