After my last surgery in July I found travelling in the front seat of the car really painful and difficult, not because of the restriction on room, but because of the vibration through the car which constantly jarred my knee. Someone suggested to my husband that putting a memory foam pillow in the foot well to act as a 'shock absorber' may help. Being the treasure that he is, Paul immediately went out and bought one and I've been using it ever since. It wasn't until I travelled in my sister's car at the weekend, with no pillow for my foot, that I realised what a difference it makes. Simple, but effective! Linda x
