THR at 35 and 8th hip Surgery

I am 35yo and have had hip surgeries since I was 1yo. Last one in 1998 was to get me about 10 more years. Here I am, 10 years to the date, with an appointment scheduled with the surgeon. Really feeling apprehensive due to the general timing. We are trying to get pregnant and are in the military so choices are limited. I've always been told to wait as long as possible, so am considering waiting it out another year or so. The pain is getting unbearable and effecting every part of my life. Looking at ceramic implants and researching options, but concerned about life-span with younger patients, activity level, and recovery time. Any information/suggestions would be helpful.
