THR Tarajeane has a new hip

@Tarajeane What you describe sounds pretty common at 3 months or so. I'm in the same boat, more noticeable if I was a little more active than usual. Soft tissue can take a long time to cam down and heal- have you considered getting a series of good massage sessions?
I am doing them and it is most helpful.. research about and find a capable LMT- deep tissue isn't necessary or advised :bignono: If you are still in PT maybe ask them if they can do some hands on massage, some PT offices seem more inclined to do that than others..

Are you still icing? I don't ice as often but I do in the evenings and still find it very therapeutic.

Good luck!!
