Waiting to advance PT.
57 years old, active and fit.

How are you getting on?

Did you, or do you have any restrictions on weight-bearing? If you do, please tell us how you managed initially and how you're managing now.

Recovery from joint replacements is a slow process, so give yourself and your ankle plenty of time to heal.

It's a good idea to use ice and elevation to lessen swelling and pain. Here are some articles about how to do that:
