Well, I have to say that I was most impressed with Susan Boyle. What a wonderful voice! I wonder how many of us have such hidden talents? I thought I would start this thread so we don't side track other threads. Move it if necessary.

Me? I'm tone deaf! I can wave a canny flag though, provided it's to some nice contemporary worship music. Delirious? is my favourite Christian group.

Here's a (very) short vid of me doing some flag worship in Peterborough Cathedral last summer. It's not the best example of my flagging but will give you an idea of what I do.

Very nice Josephine! Thanks for that. Where do you get the training for flag worship? Is it part of the church activity? Very impressive! Maybe we need a thread for "Other Talent".

Me too. I saw her on U tube. She has a voice like an angel. I hope she will be well protected on her rise to fame. What a lovely person she is.

I agree with you, Rosemary - but I think Susan seems to be a well-grounded lady.

Judles, that's not my church! It's a cathedral. I attend an Assemblies of God church which is much more modest!

Grandma, I have two video tapes of the entire events, there and at Durham Cathedral, but I don't seem to be able to convert them to a format where I can put them on YouTube as I'd planned. That clip was recorded by a friend on her digital camera. She was on holiday here from America and didn't realise her camera was already almost full! Shame!
