Revision TKR Story of My Knees by RestAssured: Pt 3

Just read the great news about your successful ablation, Sonja!
Hurray!!!!!!

I have a rattling in my chest along w non stop coughing when I try to sleep. Gee, I would like to catch a break![emoji15]

Well it is pneumonia in the upper quadrant of both lungs! I am in the hospital.

Wishing you a speedy recovery with lots of rest. Pneumonia really knocks the stuffing out of you. You need a break!

Are you trying to run the table on the various hospital specialists? Pneumonia is the real deal, the sickest I have ever been. Take care and keep us posted! Dawn

My goodness Sonja! I have only read part of your thread but geez everything you have been through.....prayers for you for a speedy recovery.

Its not a bubble suit you need Ms S., its a bubble to live in! Get well soon k and no more of this getting sick stuff!

Sonja, I hope you soon start to feel better.
My brother got pneumonia after his ablation, too, but it cleared up O K with antibiotics.

That certainly explains the gurgling. I had pneumonia in one upper quadrant back in late 2007. As I recall, I was pretty miserable. They treated with antibiotics, and I recovered quickly. I hope you'll be able to do the same.

I am glad they admitted me. I feel 85% better than I did yesterday! They are putting lasix through my IV and it is getting rid of all of the extra fluid! I was also put on IV antibiotics.[emoji2][emoji120]

The doctor might release me tomorrow. You know; most people go sight seeing and stay in nice hotels. On the other hand my body seems to prefer hospitals!. Go figure![emoji15][emoji2]

I hope you're getting "souvenirs" from each visit. You'll have quite a collection.

Glad you are feeling better now after both Rxs, but sorry how you got there. Hope you are home and well soon. God Bless.

Glad you are feeling better.
After having two ablations within a year myself, with the most horrid of horrid recoveries, and no afib relief, I can relate.

Sonja, to whom are you selling the rights to your movie!? Good grief! You don't do anything half way ... whether it is exercising or finding ways to hang at the hospital. Love, I do hope you are getting home soon and don't ever have to return to a hospital.

I was away on a wedding weekend (4 days). trip and missed all this! Oh my goodness! Are you home now? Had pnuemonia once and was miserable, but have to admit, not as miserable as the knee infection. Feel better and hope you are home!

I'm sorry you had a rough time! My A-Fib, A Flutter had been raging for 6 weeks! Even w the pneumonia, my heart has stayed in Sinus Rhythm. [emoji2][emoji173]️[emoji120]
