Revision TKR Story of My Knees by RestAssured: Pt 3

How terrible! Three days in the hospital and ICU! Praying the procedure is successful on Monday! Until then, take it easy!

Oh my goodness. I'm praying for a successful procedure that will get you back on track. Hugs.

Roxie
Hank you and I hope you have a great school year! I "retired" after 20 years of teaching reading and English.

Good God Sonja, please take care of yourself and keep us posted. Hugs and prayers, Dawn

Sonja, I'm retired too! 28 years of teaching elementary school and eventually working as a public school early childhood administrator. I'm so glad -- I really would have hated to go back after this surgery! Probably getting lazy in my old age.

Take care of yourself this weekend and please let us know how the procedure goes. Hugs,
Roxie

Hello Everyone! Here is the post I put on Facebook today! Worn out after replying to so many caring friends; and
That CERTSINLY includes my BoneSmart Friends, when it comes to caring!

My ablation was a huge success! It took longer than Dr. Z thought it would but I am off ALL heart meds as of today!![emoji173]️[emoji120][emoji4]

Yay! Great news! Thought of you today and prayed for a successful procedure.

Great news, glad you are on the mend and off the heart meds. Rest up and you will be good to go.

That's wonderful news, Sonja! Rest now.......I remember how profoundly tired I was after my ablation.

Yes, what a cute play on words! [emoji4]

They sent me home well to Mom's house which is 3 1.2 hours away from Austin. We stopped every hour as directed, ate lunch, shopped Walmart etc. I am taking it easy!
The newfound freedom to be able to walk as far as I want is amazing; considering I had gotten to the point that I was gasping between breaths!

Awesome news! Just go easy, the hot Texas weather and in/out of air conditioning can be tough. I know you know that, just my instinct, since you are Dori Fish!

Take care! Dawn
