Staples are Out!

Another baby step to celebrate...my staples were removed by my in-home visiting nurse this a.m....felt so much better! I'm going to try to go outside and sit on my deck to enjoy my backyard nature this weekend, if the weather permits. Looking forward to a change of scenery instead of the recliner! LOL

Hope you have wonderful weather and are able to enjoy yourself. Remember to not sit to long or it will be hard to get up. Alternate sitting with standing and walking but don't overdo or it will be back to recliner with you.

I too am a little bored being mostly inside. Thankfully I have been able to be sitting in a rocker--leg elevated on a table--on our back deck most days--facing the lake we live on. Anxious to be walking and doing things again. Take care. Nancy
