Staples are out

Got my staples out yesterday!!! Yahoo!!! Kind of tickled. Dr. was totally amazed at how well I'm doing. He even asked me if I put make-up on my legs because I have 2 small spots that have bruises on them. Of course he was kidding. He measured my bending...right knee...95....left knee 90. He said that was great but you know me...I want more! He told me I can now go to out patient therapy so I start the Thurs. I am so excited about that. I will have the same therapist that worked with me in the hospital...he's awesome!! He also asked me if I needed a refill on my pain meds. I told him I still have a refill left plus 8 left from the first round. He can't believe how little pain I've had. Also, he commented on how straight my legs were. He said the same thing a couple of you said, I should be the poster girl for BTKR. I'm just waiting for something to happen because it's all going too good.

No dont look for something to happen. Be happy with it.......IF YOU LOOK, YOU WILL FIND..........I think you have done amazing be proud and just keep going....Please keep us posted but mostly....BE PROUD Dont look for bad things you are soooooo on your way, but I would still take it easy....

Cindy, I'm so very happy for you!!! This is the life you deserve - with no knee pain!! Can't wait to hear how you do in therapy. It should help you gain some of that ROM you're looking for. But for now, be happy that you are doing so well....it's fabulous!
