Squeaky Hip

I just discovered this website. I have an almost 5 year old total hip replacement, ceramic/titanium done at University Hospital in Cleveland. I have had absolutely no problems until the last 4 weeks. I have developed a squeak when ever I bend over, squat, put on socks, etc. I am alarmed and am waiting for my appointment to see my surgeon Jan 29. I am a very active 57 year old female 5'8", 145 pounds. I am looking for answers as to this newly developed noise!

I am trying to view the video about squeaky hips but must be doing something wrong. Is this possible to view?

Did you try both Windows Media and QuickTime? You need to have one or other installed on your PC and updated in order to view the vids.

Sorry to say it but it sounds like you have some wear in your hip. In which case, seeing your OS is the thing to do. Let us know how you get on.
