According to the blurb it is foot operated - called a 'kick wheel'!

Really? Foot operated??? But it looks like I see a cord coming out of the bottom. Could they mean that the speed is governed by a foot pedal maybe? Anyway, this is much smaller than the one I have, so I'm guessing mine would be at least that expensive if purchased today. Thanks for looking this up, Josephine!!!
