I was browsing Netflix DVD's and came across "Exercise Can Beat Arthritis". This is one of the titles they have that they let you view instantly online free, so you don't have to wait for it to arrive. They have a beginners and advanced version.

They even have a recent release of arthritis exercises to beat inflammation from The Mayo Clinic.

If you have a Netflix account, check it out! They are probably available in other places too.
