Sissy is home

I just got off the phone with Sissy. I know a lot of you were worried about her. She's in a lot of pain right now. She's not able to sit at her computer but she wanted me to let all you know she will be on as soon as she can. She is on a pain med that is causing hives. She has a call in to the OS for something different for the pain. She was also sent to the Cardiac Care Center at the hospital with complications to her heart but she is doing well with that now. She was doing great in the hospital. She was walking in the halls and everything. She was on Morphine...she liked that! Now at home she's on something else that's not working so hopefully soon her OS calls with a new med!!! She told me to tell everybody HI!

Hope they get her meds straightened out immediately! Poor Sissy!!

Cindy, the doctor on call should be able to get a prescription right away for a new pain med. I'm glad Sissy is home, but so sorry to hear she's hurting. Hopefully that will be relieved soon. The first couple of days at home are the times when you can find yourself thinking...what the heck have I done to myself!! It does get better....Sissy, you are in my prayers....(((HUGS))))

Thanks Cindy for letting us know about Sissy. I actually woke up this am wondering if she was at home. I do hope that the next days--with different pain medication---will be smoother for her.
