Are you talking about the block? I was in there 3 days/2 nights. The block they put in was for pain relief from my thigh downward. I think it was just for the surgery and immediately after. I had never heard of it but they said it could relieve pain so I was all for it.

Yes, I had a femoral block also - many do. But normally they only last about 24-48 hrs. That's why I was surprised.

Glad you are safely home. I remember how great that feels to get home. Happy healing. I also had the blood thinning injections, pretty normal these days.
