Hi everyone...My sciatica has calmed down. I deceided to try Soma that I had left over from first TKR and it seemed to calm it down, didn't help much with tailbone though. It gave me a dull headache so I only took it for 3 days but what a relief. We went to L.A. and the driving wasn't to painful.
I am 4 days waiting for my next TKR and am quite nervous. Trying to get things done before I am down for the count. At least I'll know a little more of what to expect thanks to all the bonesmart advice I've read.
Every time I walk I keep my shoulders back and my chin held high. I remember the saying: "Good foot up to heaven, bad foot down to hell", but what happens if you have both knees done? :hehe: I will check in when I get to the next level.......Rhonda
